Project Summary:
4000-square-foot renovation, combining 2600 square feet of commercial kitchen space and 1400 square feet of corporate office space. The kitchen features both a walk-in freezer and refrigerator and a “clean room” for pasteurizing milk and batching ice cream. The commercial grade equipment includes stainless worktops and appliances, stock pot range, and convection ovens for pastry baking. Heat-welded Altro flooring, an ideal heavy duty, slip-resistant surface, covers the entire kitchen area. Additional upgrades include the installation of a new fire line service to the building and exterior paint to the facade.

Project Summary:
Added over 3600 square feet to an existing 4700-square-foot building for a total finished size of 8300 square feet. The space features an open ceiling with exposed ductwork and wood beams and a polished concrete floor. The sales floor incorporates several unique areas, including a soda shop, wine vault, and a semi-enclosed bar area for wine tasting.

This 1200 square foot space includes a center wraparound bar with sleek black stone countertops over a base textured with American tin ceiling tiles adding old world charm to today’s contemporary look. Steel wine glass racks suspended from the soffit above the bar and walls of wine bottle racks provide both form and function.

Renovated this 2500 square-foot building and replaced the entire front façade with a floor to ceiling operable window wall controlled with a system of gears, pulleys, and counterweights. Other changes included raising the roof by half-of-one story and installing skylights to increase the overall interior volume and natural lighting.
