Project Summary: This extensive interior renovation required the removal of a section of the ceiling/floor between the sixth and seventh levels, necessitating the installation of ibeams and modification of MEPs to create an open ceiling on the seventh floor. The new, atrium-style café includes a 13-foot-tall custom-crafted, DunRite playground spiral slide and matching steel spiral staircase which provide a unique, playful access to and from the upper level. The café features banquette seating and linear pendant lighting, as well as new millwork and flooring with colorful walls accented in custom, powder-coated sky blue. An expansive solid glass window opens a view to the server room and a spacious new IT office.

Project Summary: This 13,000 square-foot tenant improvement features a variety of conference rooms, private offices, phone rooms/booths, and lounge areas. Cubicles are located in a bullpen downstairs, accentuated with a wood beam and cap sheet ceiling, and in a long rectangular configuration upstairs, interspersed with lounge spaces. A sleek, modern slat wall separates the employee breakroom and copy station. The breakroom is highlighted by quartz countertops, an island with bar seating, and stainless steel appliances.

Project Summary: This 2,000 square-foot collaborative lobby features a custom-built, multi-tiered, wrap around shared seating area, which combines cabinets and counters in a veneer maple. The lobby provides a space for employees throughout the tech park to gather for meetings, work on projects or relax during breaks. Focal points include a striking center staircase with bold accent colors and polished concrete floors.

Project Summary: Transformed 9,000 square-foot, single-story building into modern, open space for creative gaming developers. Features include wood beam and cap sheet ceilings with exposed duct work and polished concrete floors. Multiple skylights are accented with linear pendant and wall-hung lighting. Space includes a full production set with tiered stage to bring games to life.

Project Summary: This tech-inspired, 12,000 square-foot market-ready space features modern ceilings with exposed ductwork and dry wall clouds, accented with a variety of contemporary lighting such as industrial down lights along with starburst, teardrop, lantern, and fabric, drum-shade pendant lights. A glass-enclosed boardroom with automatic privacy shades and a café with counter seating each serve as focal points on opposite sides of the office space. Finishing touches include bold accent colors and polished concrete floors.
