Nevro Corporation – 1600 Bridge Parkway, Redwood City

May 11, 2018

Cody|Brock recently completed a second project for Nevro Corporation, this time a two-story, 48,000-square-foot build-out with distinctive features, including an atrium-style main lobby and reception area, several coffee bars, uniquely designed seating areas, and specialized gaming spaces. A full-length wall beyond the reception area features inset reading nooks and gathering space. The tenant improvement incorporates several spacious conference rooms, private executive offices placed around the building’s perimeter, multiple collaborative areas, team “huddle” rooms, open office areas, a large multi-purpose room, along with new restroom core and MEP.

Special feature: Employee café/Game room

The eye-catching employee café and game room are highlighted by banquette seating with maple wood slat trim lines along one wall, in addition to other seating options such as trestle tables with benches, pub tables, and a variety of couches. The wood slat trim is also used to create a striking accent wall. Hexagon-shaped Soundscapes Shades Acoustical Cloud ceiling tiles are interspersed with maple wood slats and exposed duct ceiling for an attractive soundproofing solution. Corresponding hexagon-shaped floor tile, polished concrete, and multi-colored carpeting tiles define the various spaces, while pendant and Finelite recessed lighting complete the contemporary look. The second floor features an atrium/open area with space for collaboration, breaks, or gaming with a foosball table and pub tables. A second coffee bar with adjacent break area/collaborative space is highlighted with maple wood slat ceiling and pendant lighting.
