2017 Cody|Brock Summer Internship Team

Through our hands-on internship program, Cody|Brock provides students with direct exposure to all phases of construction management and excellent opportunities to learn by doing. Meet Cody|Brock’s 2017 Summer Interns:


Justin Carter, California State University, Chico
Construction Management Major
Expected Graduation: June 2019

A first-year intern, Justin caught our attention while he was volunteering with the 2017 ASC Student Competition in Reno. Justin will gain job-site experience at the Silver Oak project in San Jose, working directly with one of our experienced Project Managers. He will also assist on other projects and will utilize his construction software knowledge.



Connor Cody, California State Polytechnic University,
San Luis Obispo
Construction Management Major
Expected Graduation: June 2019

As a second-year intern, Connor is working directly with one of our senior Project Managers on tenant improvements for Ford Land Company. He holds his OSHA 10 certification and is currently working on his OSHA 30 certification. Connor is also a member of the Associated Students of Construction Management (ASCM) and has been recognized on the Dean’s List for his academic achievement.



Daniel Vasquez, California State University, San Jose
Civil Engineering Major
Expected Graduation: December 2017

Daniel competed on the 2017 ASC Student Competition Commercial Team under the leadership of former intern, Tim Dube. At SJSU, he serves as Treasurer of the SJSU Chapter of the American Concrete Institute and is a member of several organizations, including Associated General Contractors of America (AGC), Associated Schools of Construction (ASC), Tau Beta Pi-The Engineering Honor Society, and American Society of Civil Engineers. He is working directly with Vice President Casey Vermette and one of our Project Engineers.
