Treating Employees to a Tradtional Irish Feast

With St. Patrick’s Day falling on a Friday, Cody|Brock took the opportunity to celebrate both the Irish holiday and our employees with a traditional Irish feast. Our extraordinary in-house chef, Eddie Vargas, treated Cody|Brock employees to a flavorful, slow-cooked corned beef and cabbage, accompanied by seasoned carrots, tri-colored potatoes, and Irish soda bread. For dessert, Eddie outdid himself, creating a homemade raspberry and blueberry breadpudding, topped with vanilla bean ice cream and caramel sauce. The field crew joined the office staff for lunch, enabling new superintedents and workers to meet and celebrate with other teammembers.
